The pieces are made from a very durable plastic – this is the standard set you'll find used in chess clubs, schools and tournaments all across the country. King measures 95mm / 3.75" (which is a standard tournament set). Base diameter of pieces is 35mm / 1.4" which best suits a 50mm square chess board. The Roll-up mat is made of durable plastic with green and white squares. Very easy to carry. 50mm squares. Comes with a drawstring bag to store the pieces. Very easy to carry and store.
